That is why US governemtn did not interrupt the Mexcio battelr between Mexcio governemnt and drugs.
US needs to put  many force into this battle but US gets so liitle money from the resoruce agaisnt drugs in its own country for example drug treatments.
US is wiiling to earn oil money  in South China sea. It is much cheaper investment.
