材料:方豆腐1块,鱼肉2两,虾10只,红萝卜1小段

1、虾剥壳去肠,和鱼肉一起剁成泥,加上少量磨成泥的红萝卜,用2匙盐,少少胡椒粉,1匙酒,2匙生粉一起搅拌摔打至起胶(d"q\Uv6zh!E,{,I

2、豆腐切成大小相等的方块,用勺子把中间挖出来一些,然后在挖过的地方撒上生粉,将肉馅酿进豆腐里

3、水开之后上锅蒸8分钟左右,取出倒掉碟子上的多余的水分,再用生粉水加盐打个薄芡淋在豆腐上。
