干锅鱼
[原料] 草鱼,酱油,鸡精,盐,料酒,糖,蚝油,大蒜,姜

1、草鱼切块(小块些,便于入味),用酱油,鸡精,盐,料酒,糖(少量),蚝油腌半小时左右

2、用大概半斤的大蒜和姜(其实具体的我也没算,能没过砂锅底就可以了),大蒜去皮,姜切块,放入砂锅中
