看起来颜色不错，要是将腌料的制作过程更详细点就好。

外相不错，但是这样的腊肉应给没有什么味道。比如在腌制过程中主调味的生抽和盐的比例量很少，这样的肉不能淹透味。另外最重要的就是，这样制作的腊肉没有用柏枝薰香。没有那种腊肉专有的香味。以上两点均为自我意见。不代表否定楼住做法之意。

这一个应该是有地方特色的菜，各地做法不同

腊肉就是好，而且我觉得甘肃陇西腊肉最好，楼主不觉得么

看来这是典型的广式腊味的做法了，如果有些甜味的话我觉得不好吃

三楼说的很有道理，但是要注意楼主可是在家里，估计也是城里的，这样做的话根本谈不上什么用火熏，因地制宜嘛，这样做出来的我吃过，还是不错的，楼主辛苦了。

这种腊肉不是俺喜欢吃的腊肉啦，俺还是喜欢江西和湖北，湖南风格的腊肉，纯咸味，腊肉的香味很好。带甜味后总觉得味道不够。而且楼主拿烤箱来强化，觉得这个方法与自然风干的相比快餐化了些

好，我就喜欢吃腊肉以前不会做，现在知道怎么做了方法很简单受用

楼主的这种自制腊肉很特别的，和我们平时做的自制腊肉很不一样的，应该很不错的。
