椒盐虾球

超市里的速冻虾仁,加盐,料酒,蛋清,少许鸡精,放着腌个10分钟,备干粉,我家正好有水磨粉我就拿来用了,效果还挺好的,不过我是炸了一大半才想起没拍照,所以碗里没几个了

下油锅炸至金黄色

全部炸好后备用,准备椒盐粉就行

重新倒入,锅里不要留油了,撒上椒盐粉,出锅前一把葱就好了方便的很.x1Z$\^?H

油炸虾最好吃了,多谢楼主分享我还发现不用椒盐用胡椒也很好吃

还是家里实在,不用放嘎多的粉,最好不要过咸。
