吃完烤的吃蒸的,蒜蓉扇贝就是很好吃~>-<
前天晚上和朋友一起吃烧烤,都说烤扇贝好吃,今天逛超市特地挑了盒扇贝回家蒸蒜蓉扇贝。其实不管是烤还是蒸,做法都很简单,关键就在于食材的新鲜,只可惜超市的扇贝都是速冻品。不过难得过一过口瘾也不失为一种简单的满足……

1、扇贝数个,贝肉拿出,洗掉沙泥和黑色的内脏,围边等,洗干净贝壳

家里只有山芋粉丝,这个粉丝吃口比较韧比较Q,但我个人觉得用线粉比较好,脆脆的有嚼劲,能吸鲜味0rS^Cf;q
