家里两MM喜欢吃叉烧,不过,外面卖的叉烧都很瘦,她们喜欢吃肥叉,说那才有味道,呵呵。看来得自己做了。其实做叉烧也不难,只要选的材料好,加上一瓶叉烧酱,火候掌握的好,那就行了。bo8s

2、用叉烧酱两汤匙,生抽1汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙做成调料,把肉涂抹均匀,然后一起放入冰箱腌制一晚。
