1.黑豆芽择去根部后洗净,干辣椒切成段,大蒜拍松后去皮切末,生姜去皮后切末,葱洗净后切成花;

2.黑豆芽放入沸水中焯烫一分钟,捞出过冷水沥干后放入碗中,加入蒜末、姜末、葱花与适量的盐;s&Rm

3.将锅洗净置于火上,待锅烧热后放入适量的油,放入干辣椒段与花椒,小火将其煸至辣椒微微发黑时关火,捞出辣椒与花椒不要,将热油倒在蒜末与姜末上,拌匀即可。
