微波炉鸡肉串[7P]

材料:鸡脯肉,炸鸡粉,料酒,盐,色拉油,生抽,彩椒,孜然粉.

1.鸡脯肉一块洗净,沥干水分,用刀背稍微剁一下,让鸡肉松驰.切成大约2CM见方的小块,用一点料酒腌制一会儿去腥.cl_@4o|*A0Z

2.用一勺炸鸡粉,很少一点点盐,一点生抽,一勺色拉油拌匀,腌制30分钟左右.tz mo.dI0L8kX

3.把彩椒洗净切成小块,竹签事先用水泡一下,把腌制好的鸡肉和彩椒间隔着串起来.

4.把鸡肉串放在可以凌空搁起的容器上,我用的是乐扣格拉斯900ML的耐高温玻璃盒,入微波炉高火两分半钟左右至熟,取出撒上孜然粉即可开动拉.0G)~5RH&C[q\9J-s
