1、花生洗乾淨後,用水泡著待用。雞腳剁去爪子,在開水裏煮5分鐘,再用清水洗乾淨; Wg@6B*FxR%[

2、熱油鍋,放蒜蓉爆香,放雞腳進鍋翻炒,灑進料酒;

4、把花生及泡花生的水一起倒進鍋裏,水要沒過材料,大火燒開後轉小火,煮40分鐘;(最好是先用電飯鍋把花生煮綿,再和雞腳一起燜15分鐘就可以啦)
