1、将干雪豆用清水泡2~4小时,最好是提前一天浸泡;

2、将猪蹄去毛洗净剁成大块,在沸水中煮5分钟去除血沫,捞出洗净备用;!fQ2qG&A

3、汤煲内放入适量清水,将雪豆、猪蹄和配料放入,烧开后大火烧20分钟左右,至汤色发白转小火炖3小时左右即可。
