苏式蛋饺
天凉,似乎就感觉年关就要临近了,还有三十几天的光景,就要告别2009年。每到过年家家户户都会做蛋饺,象征着元宝,讨个好兆头,提前来点过年的气氛,正值MSW五周年,也希望借花献佛,送上苏式蛋饺

这让我回想起小时候,一直喜欢陪在妈妈身边和她一起做蛋饺,每次都期待不成功,这样我就能先吃到蛋饺啦

失败了一只之后,蛋皮摊起来顺手很多了,也不再沾着底了,开始一步步来,蛋皮摊好,肉放好,筷子夹子一边缓缓盖住这边,然后轻轻按几下。
