干贝蘑菇汤,味道挺鲜[9P]
[size=4][color=#0000ff]最近挺郁闷,于是用美食来调节心情,前几天看了新浪美食博客,受了启发,学了一道菜,回家打开冰箱,凑够了食材,就动手做了。

材料:干贝 口蘑

做法:干贝 口蘑 在开水里抄一遍,捞起待用。^a([cb+c%{
W {+ry)V.qrUpLw'Z
炒锅烧热,倒油,放入蒜爆香,再将干贝、口蘑放入翻炒,香味出来后,加水,大火转小,炖一会。最后撒上香草,就成了(PS:家里没香草了,切了点青菜末末,当个陪衬)
