鲍汁酿鸡肶菇

1、瘦肉马蹄香菜一起跺碎,加生粉、盐、糖搅拌成肉馅2V CAybWn o {B
2、鸡肶菇切去顶部,使之长度差不多一致,然后从中间切开一刀,不切断,用开水先焯一下,捞起擦干水分

3、在菇的切口处抹上干生粉,再把肉馅酿在里面,大火蒸8分钟左右,取出排盘
