竹芋焖鸭
一、竹芋焖鸭U'B&Zk?
材料:光鸭一只、竹芋、子姜

香料:八角、桂皮、香叶、茴香、花椒

调味料:蚝油、酱油、盐、鸡精、糖各适量HOIE8h:Wo["_

1、洗净光鸭,斩大件,切掉肥油,竹芋切厚片;;`"E*QjHL
2、烧热锅下鸭块煎至两面金黄盛起,另起油锅下姜爆香,
