做法:

1.将田螺去屁股开小口,使劲洗刷干净备用,

2.将咸菜切条,大约1寸来长,洗干净,烧水煮一下,去掉大部分咸味%_{W@*Hr1t*s
3.将骨头跟咸菜放到煲里,放水5斤,烧火熬汤

4.把姜切片,跟田螺一起放到热油锅爆炒,可以去掉大部分的"泥味"变得更加可口

5.骨头咸菜汤开了以后,把田螺和姜片一起放到煲里,继续烧火熬,大约半小时,就可以了
