主料:猪腰,猪肉(最好是里脊)

辅料:盐、味精、胡椒粉、料酒,淀粉,红干椒,小葱

1. 买来的猪腰处理好,大家应该都知道是把里面的腥筋去除掉。我怕麻烦,买的时候就让人处理好切好腰花;然后加料酒腌15分钟去腥;

2. 猪肉切片,因为里脊肉最嫩,所以最好选里脊。加盐,淀粉,也可加点蛋液,抓匀,腌个几分钟,这样肉片会更嫩;然后烧开热水,把肉片下锅,稍停一下,立刻捞出,放在一边备用。f6V vV'w`-\ ~

3. 腌好后的腰花加盐,胡椒粉,淀粉,抓匀;H'sm2x3I})L

4. 水再开后,把腌好的腰花下锅,一分钟立刻关火,再后盖上锅盖焖上几分钟后捞出,备用。

5. 现在把煮好的肉片和腰花一齐放在碗里,加上蒸鱼豉油,葱花,红椒丝;家里的豉油用完了,只好用生抽代替了;

6. 空锅加油烧热,然后浇在葱花上,刺啦。。。。。。一声,葱香扑鼻而来。。。。。。
