简单说一下砂锅鱼头的做法:就是将锅里放入猪油,稍微多一点,炒化加入拍碎的,花椒粒,几粒小茴香,两片香叶,记住香料不要放多了,否则就是重口味,汤不好喝,又上火?加水烧开,然后将汤转入砂锅中,烧开,放入鱼头,该说砂锅盖,熬制。。。直到汤变白为止,最后放入火腿肠,盐,少许鸡精和味精。。。和葱花,就可以了!
