1、草鱼洗净,刮去鱼鳞和鱼腹腔内的一层黑膜,在鱼肉上抹一层盐、料酒、上下各放两片老姜;2、嫩姜、大葱和红甜椒分别切成细丝,并泡入清水中,即可得到自然卷区的造型;
